THE BOTTOM HALF (Skirts, Pants, Shorts)

- Hip - Measured at the fullest part of the hips, and doubled.

- Inseam - Measured from the crotch to the hem.
- Length - Measured from the top of the waistband to the hem.

- Buckle Belts - Provided as a range, measured from the point of the buckle to the first and last hole.
