Shipping + Returns

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise notified. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. ARCADE reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including item availability.

Insurance and/or expedited shipping are available upon request; please leave us a note in the special instructions section when placing your order.
UPS Next Day Air® and other expedited orders need to be placed before noon PST in order to make the shipping cut off, otherwise, orders will be shipped the following business day.  Shipping speed is not guaranteed.

ARCADE is not responsible for incurred customs fees or packages lost in the mail. Please contact us within 10 days of your purchase with any issues or inquiries regarding your order.

Domestic:

All items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery usually occurs 1-4 business days from shipping.

International:

In most cases, international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail with standard insurance coverage included (up to $50). Delivery usually occurs 6-15 business days from shipment, although delays may occur due to local customs. Customer is responsible for all international duties and fees in their home country. ARCADE is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.

Returns:

We do our best to accurately describe all items. Because of the unique nature of vintage items, all items are final sale. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the product.
