Shipping + Returns

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days of receiving your order. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. ARCADE reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.
Insurance and/or expedited shipping are available upon request; please leave us a note in the special instructions section when placing your order.
ARCADE is not responsible for incurred customs fees or packages lost in the mail. Please contact us within 10 days of your purchase with any issues or inquiries regarding your order.
Due to COVID-19, please note that all carriers are currently experiencing delays. Please contact us via email at if your order is arriving later than expected. Thank you for your understanding. 



All items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Delivery usually occurs 1-3 business days from shipping.


In most cases will be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail with standard insurance coverage included (up to $50). Delivery usually occurs 6-10 business days from shipment; does not include delays due to customs. Customer is responsible for all international duties and fees in home country. ARCADE is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.

*DHL, UPS and USPS Global Express Guaranteed services are available at an additional cost; please send us a message if you are interested in any carrier other than USPS.

Because of the unique nature of vintage items, all items are final sale. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product.
