ARCADE is a retail concept shop brought to you by the community behind A Current Affair. Our online shop features a weekly release of hand picked vintage.

The Product Photographer is responsible for producing high quality digital images of products and models. The Product Photographer is also tasked with keeping the photo studio organized, accessible and safe for Photography staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Photograph products and/or models to be used on Arcade Shops Vintage E-Commerce site. Edit and upload product images on the same day using Lightroom
  • Have a network of models and be able to communicate with models for photoshoots
  • Arrange still life objects, products, props, and backgrounds in order to create the desired photographic effect
  • Edit and upload photos on the same day when taking photoshoots with models
  • Ensure a high level of technical quality and aesthetics for all photography created and distributed
  • Provide creative support to other Photographers on assignments
  • Organize the photography studio so that all props and equipment are quickly and safely accessible. Clean-up and organization will be done on a daily bases
  • Maintain photography equipment by providing routine maintenance on cameras, lenses, etc.

Qualifications:

  • BFA in Photography or equivalent experience in digital studio photography required
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience as a digital photographer in a studio environment in which studio lighting was utilized
  • Must have a working knowledge of Panasonic digital cameras
  • Must be proficient with Macintosh operating system, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Dropbox
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and 8+ hours on certain days to meet the needs of the business
  • Must be able and willing to lift and carry up to 10 lbs., perform frequent repetitive finger, hand, and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

We’re seeking a highly creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Manager/Content Creator to lead our brand storytelling, digital presence, and visual identity across all platforms.

Role Overview

This role blends hands-on content creation, social media strategy, email marketing, and brand management. You will be responsible for generating daily in-store content, covering special events and shows, and producing imagery that elevates our editorial and e-commerce experiences.

Responsibilities Content Creation

  • Produce daily in-store content highlighting new arrivals, styling, and store happenings.
  • Capture and edit show and event content, including behind-the-scenes coverage and live updates.
  • Create content for editorial shoots (e.g., Best of ACA, ACA show previews, etc.).
  • Develop imagery and assets for website updates and e-commerce launches.

Email Marketing

  • Create and schedule Wednesday and Friday collection emails to support online product drops.
  • Produce bi-monthly event and show emails with compelling storytelling and visual design.

Social Media Management

  • Draft, schedule, post, and manage all content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera for styling segments, talking pieces, behind-the-scenes updates, and other personality-driven content.

Content Planning & Collaboration

  • Build and maintain a weekly content calendar outlining priorities, collection support, and staff content needs.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team on messaging, product updates, and cross-platform coordination.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
  • Experience working with Shopify and email campaign platforms (Omisend, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong experience in social media content creation, including short-form video.
  • Comfortable with on-camera modeling and speaking for social media posts.
  • Strong organizational, storytelling, and visual design skills.
  • Ability to execute consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Position Details

  • Management-level role with independent responsibility and creative leadership.
  • 5 days a week onsite (in-store/office).

Must be available for 7:00 AM postings prior to store opening.

Our storefront exists at the intersection of the fashion and arts districts in Downtown Los Angeles and is bolstered by our robust eCommerce shop. We are seeking someone to join our team as an in-store salesperson.

In this role, an ideal candidate will support our team in the store's day-to-day operations with a focus on sales and customer service. They will assist in growing our eCommerce presence and sales, fulfilling online orders, and identifying and implementing new growth opportunities. They will contribute to an efficient workspace through general shop maintenance, upkeep, and merchandising. They will tell the brand's story through social media content creation. Applicants should be highly motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly shifting environment. There is an opportunity for growth for those passionate about eCommerce, virtual sales, and live trade show events. An ideal candidate will have some experience in retail, fashion, vintage, eCommerce, and/or social media.

We are looking for someone to join our team as an assistant store manager and key holder for our Downtown Los Angeles store, located at ROW DTLA. Recently named one of the world's best vintage stores by Vogue, ARCADE presents a highly curated collection of vintage and contemporary resale items, serving as a major resource for stylists, designers, and retail customers seeking relevant and unique vintage pieces.

The Assistant Manager will support our store manager by overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, including retail sales and customer service, social media management and content creation, sales team management, and scheduling. They will assist in growing our e-commerce presence and sales, fulfilling online orders, and identifying and implementing new growth opportunities. They will contribute to an efficient workspace through general shop maintenance, upkeep, and merchandising. Applicants should be highly motivated and able to adapt in a rapidly shifting environment. There is an opportunity for growth for those passionate about e-commerce, virtual sales, and the trade show event space. An ideal candidate will have retail management experience and have demonstrated an ability to lead.
